WHAT IS YGROUPS?

YGroups is a free to use, fully customizable Minecraft group management plugin. You can easily create groups with prefixes & suffixes and assign them a permission. Players with this permission will be automatically added to the group.

INSTALLATION

To install the plugin you just have to download the file and drag it to the plugins folder of your server. After that you have to restart or reload the server. You must also have a permission plugin installed.

CREATING & CONFIGURING GROUPS
Permission : ygroups.group.management

• create a new group with /yg create GROUPNAME
• set a prefix for the group with /yg prefix GROUP PREFIX (write nothing to remove the prefix)
• set a suffix for the group with /yg suffix GROUP SUFFIX (write nothing to remove the suffix)
• set a permission for the group, which the player need to have, to be added to the group, with /yg permission GROUP PERMISSION
• set a color for the group, which will set the color of the player name with /yg color GROUP COLORCODE
• to get all existing groups use /yg list
  
• to delete a groups use /yg delete GROUP
• to reload all groups and define changes use /yg reload

If the player has the defined permission, he will be added to the group.

CREATING & CONFIGURING CHATS
Permission : ygroups.chat.management

• create a new chat with /yc create GROUPNAME
• set a prefix for the chat with /yc prefix CHAT PREFIX (write nothing to remove the prefix)
• set a trigger for the chat with /yc chattrigger CHAT TRIGGER (the first char to trigger a chat is always an @)
• set a permission for the chat, which the player need to have, to send and get messages of the chat, with /yc permission CHAT PERMISSION
• to get all existing chats use /yc list
• to delete a chat use /yc delete CHAT

If the player has the defined permission, he can interact with the chat. To write a message, he has to start his text message with @ TRIGGER.

ATTENTION
The plugin assigns a player to a group according to his highest permission and the associated group. If a player has OP or similar permissions, he will be added to the highest group. To prevent this, permissions of higher groups must be set to false for the player/permission group. The same applies to chats!

CONFIGURING CONFIG FILE
You can easily customize messages by editing values in the config file.
