created for my Tycoon server.

Decided to make it public since I'm going
to be adding more features to it.

/pb - Base Command Argument
/ep hoe 1 - gives you an Auto Hoe I
/ep hoe 2 - Gives you an Auto Hoe II
/ep wand - Gives you an Age Wand
/ep max - Gives you an Max Age Wand
/ep stats - Prints player stats in chat
/ep gui - Opens player GUI menu which shows your stats

ep.admin - basic admin CMD's
ep.stats - Access Stats
ep.auto - Auto wand usage
ep.tool - Usage of tools
ep.quick - Quick Growth on place
ep.max.wand - Usage of max age wand
