This plugin will work for EcoEnchants. It should work with other custom enchant plugins as long as the enchants are stored right.
This plugin also excludes any and all curses from being added to the item when maxing it out.

FOR PLAYERS (maxout.use) <-- permission
Welcome. This plugin adds a unique way to max out your items. While holding a max-out scroll in your offhand and your item in your main hand, you can type "/maxout item" to max that item out. It's up to you how to implement the scrolls to your players.

FOR ADMINS (maxout.admin) <-- permission
You can use "/maxout bypass" with an item in your hand to max it out without a scroll. You can also give scrolls like so, "/maxout scroll <player>"
