Timeout-System 1.0
What is this plugin doing?

Timeout-System includes a new way to mute abusive people on your server, such as chat and commands. It also includes high security measures like Console Blocking commands, emergency mode, and a detailed config file which explains pretty much every setting. This plugin also supports full-console usage.

The plugin also includes 2 types of timeout: User and IP. It can be also temporarily/ permanent.

Additional Informations:
This plugin not only comes with timeout commands, but also includes some additional features such as personal chat clear, freeze, report, discord invite link command and cooldowns on chat and commands.

Commands& Their usages:

To permanently timeout a player: /timeout(ip)<Player> <Reason>.
Example: /timeout player spam.
To temporarily timeout a player: /timeout(ip) <Player> <timer> <timer:spec> <Reason>
Example: /timeout player 2 m spam.
Opposite commands for all of these are: /removetimeout(ip) <Player>

*Timer specs are the ones which everyone knows.

To freeze a player: /freeze <Player>
Opposite command for this is /unfreeze <Player>

To clear your own chat: /clearmychat

To report a user: /report <Player> <Reason>


Besides that, there are 2 ways of editing the config:
1. From the file itself
2. From in-game using /timeoutedit command.
Using this command will allow you to modify every single setting in config file. If you feel that the config should be taken from 0, you can reset it by using /timeoutedit reset_defaults command.

The plugin also comes with well designed tab suggestions which will make your work way easier.

Emergency mode:
Emergency mode is used in emergency cases like when server is getting griefed or other special cases. You can enable it in-game with /emergency or from console. To enable it using Console, you have 2 types of passcodes to ensure your security. First passcode is to enable the feature, 2nd one is to disable it. You can edit them in config file.

Permissions:
You can edit most of permissions right in config file.

Config:
Not everything is configurable, some messages are hard-coded. I will also make them configurable in future updates. It also includes some bypasses options which can allow you to bypass certain punishments.

This feature will pre-establish some settings which will block every-single player from sending messages/ commands, and also blocks every timeout command from console. They will be re-usable again after disabling the feature.

That's pretty much it. This is my very first plugin and i will keep it updated for sure. Punishments will be stored in files because currently I'm not used to work with databases. I'll be trying to implement them in future updates as well.
