NPC Village Plugin is the plugin that can create the NPC in your server! You can add custom skin or name to NPC and make the NPC to look at the players!
How to use!
NPC Village Plugin works with commands. Check the commands below!

1. Create NPC - /npc [create] <skin player's name> <custom name>
2. Select NPC - /npc select (It will select the nearest NPC)
3. Delete NPC - /npc delete (It will delete the NPC which is selected)
4. Make NPC Look Player - /npc look (It will make the npc look player which is selected)
