This plugin provides the chat control to the moderators, and also allows players been muted when be needed.

Esse plugin fornece o controle do chat aos moderadores, assim como permite que jogadores sejam mutados caso seja necessário.

chatcontrol.bypass : Access to use the chat while is locked by an Admin
chatcontrol.exempt : Access to block any Mute Command in the player which contains this permission. For operators, it's default.
chatcontrol.reload : Access to Reload the Plugin
