This plugin is a joke. It does not detect cheaters in any way and is meant for entertainment.
Starehound Anticheat State-of-the-art Minecraft cheat detection and mitigation
What's wrong with other anticheats? All the current anticheats on the market each have their flaws; they have bad protection from false flags, they get bypassed easily, and they cost a fortune. Starehound has none of those problems: it never false flags, it is impossible to bypass (at least with an old version of Nodus), and it's $17,000 free!
What can Starehound do? Starehound is an incredibly advanced Minecraft anti-cheat plugin. It uses some of the most advanced modern technologies, like brute-force interpolation and Among Us impostor calculation. Its intelligent technology can analyze player flags to stop false bans from occurring, while ensuring that all cheaters are quickly banned.
Below is an image of what it looks like to brute-force interpolation.
What does Starehound detect? At the moment, Starehound has the following checks: FastMath JustTryingToPlaySkyblock ClickingOverTwoCPS TooFastCPU LargeCrosshairTexturePack ClientFreeze GodBridging Freelook Starehound is continuously adding new detections. We can guarantee that the current ones will remain flawless, as they use machine learning and the brute-force interpolation mentioned above.
How do I use Starehound? As a server owner, using Starehound is very simple. All of the checks are automated—the default configuration of Starehound is good enough to auto-ban players with confidence.
Your players can report cheaters with /shr <PlayerName> <Cheat> Example: /shr TNT10128 Freelook
You can force Starehound to perform brute-force interpolation and refresh its cheat detection algorithm with /bfi
Starehound has the following permissions: starehound.* - Grants access to all commands starehound.report - Allows you to report a player to Starehound (all players have this by default) starehound.debug - Permission to use the internal /shd command (useless if you aren't me) starehound.bruteforceinterpolation - Allows you to use /bfi to brute-force interpolation (very useful to refresh Starehound's checks if they are only 99% flawless)
