How to setup ?
To start, launch the plugin once. As soon as you launch it, the anti-vpn will be activated (and may crash the plugin if you launch it locally). So you have to do a /antivpn off if you want to disable it, then a /antivpn on if you want to re-enable it later.
After the first launch you can go to your server's folder and create an .env file. In this .env file you will have to put the following syntax if you want a message to be sent when the plugin is started and stopped in Discord:
WEBHOOKS="webhookslink"
Webhookslink being the link of the Webhooks of the channel.

You have in the config.yml file various configuration such as messages or the server spawn.
