Commands
Compability:
Since the plugin's only relying on spigot api it was easy to implement some changes in the api and it's fully compatible with 1.8.x-1.17.2
Bugs & Issues:

- /hotpotato start <amount> (seconds, if arg is absent it will start it with 10 seconds)
- /hotpotato check (shows you if the challenge is started in the server and the selected player)
- HotPotato.start (permission to execute the cmd and all of its sub cmds)
