Just a very simple announcements / broadcast plugin that you can set on intervals.

Commands: /reloadbroadcasts to reload the plugin and configuration.
Permissions: OakieAnnouncer.reload

Simply edit the config.yml and add your messages, change the interval, and set a sound to play with the broadcast.
