Description
This plugin gives server owners more control over making economy-based TPA systems. In essentials, if you add a cost onto using commands such as /tpa, it will charge you regardless of whether or not the tpa was successful. This plugin will only charge the teleporting player once the tp is successfully completed.

Commands
/tpa [player]
Sends a tpa request to teleport the player to the targeted player.
/tpahere [player]
Sends a tpa request to teleport the targeted player to the player.
/tpaccept
Accepts an incoming tpa request. (Can also click the text)
/tpadeny
Denies an incoming tpa request. (Can also click the text)
/ecotpreload
[Admin] Reloads the config for EcoTP.
