Commands
/gareload - Reloads the plugin
Permissions
goldenarrows.use - Allows player to shoot rainbow arrows, given by default unless disabled in settings.yml
goldenarrows.admin - Allows player to use all commands
Configuration
The config is split into settings.yml and messages.yml
