You want to teleport to a server on your network where a certain player is but you don't know which server the player is on? Then you can just use /jumpto <playername> to teleport to the server the player is on.

Setup:
- Download the plugin.
- Uploud it on your proxy.
- Restart your proxy.

Commands:
- /jumpto <playername>

Permissions:
- jumpto.use
