How to install
Simply download the plugin and put it into your plugins folder, then restart the server. A reload may work, but a restart is recommended.

- Custom Item Qualities, the main focus of this plugin, of course, these Qualities can be created/modified by the user (view how here), and check out what qualities can do!
- Reforge System, this is a simple system that allows the user to change the Quality of their held item at the cost of EXP Levels. More information and Usage here.

Commands
This plugin has very few commands, more may be added in the future, but here's what it has now:
- /qualities - Main command, used to execute others and to view a list of commands.
- /qualities reload - Reload the plugins configuration and reload qualities.
- /qualities resetconfig - Reset the configuration to the plugins default.
- /qualities setitemquality - Set the quality of the item in your main hand.
- /qualities removeitemquality - Remove the quality from the item in your main hand.
- /qualities repairitem - Repair the held item.
- /qualities managequalities - Open a GUI to manage ItemQualities (Create, edit, preview, etc)
This plugin has very few permissions, more may be added in the future, but here's what it has now:
- itemqualities.admin - Access to the main command (Default: OP)
- itemqualities.admin.reload - Access to the reload command (Default: OP)
- itemqualities.admin.resetconfig - Access to the resetconfig command. (Default: OP)
- itemqualities.admin.managequalities- Access to the managequalities command. (Default: OP)
- itemqualities.admin.setquality - Access to the setitemquality command (Default: OP)
- itemqualities.admin.removequality - Access to the removeitemquality command (Default: OP)
- itemqualities.admin.repairitem - Access to the repairitem command (Default: OP)
- itemqualities.user.usereforge - Access to use the Reforge System (Default: User)
