Using the command of this plugin you can spawn a wither that doesn't destroy blocks(still have damage on entity,but won't destroy blocks).The other wither that you summon will still work normal.

This plugin is for server that needs some wither in farm or something else without destroying blocks while other withers work normal to keep gamming experience.

This plugin is only test in paper but it should work normally in spigot.
