Pretty simple plugin, adds configurable values to either increase or decrease stats for horses when breeding, it calculates the average, then multiplies by the provided multiplier.

Players can also check a horses stats by right clicking it with a book in main hand.

Command to reload config is /HorsesReload, permission node Horses.Reload
