ChatColorGUI - is a very simple and fun plugin that allows the user to change the color of the texts that he sends in chat (access is given with permissions).
It has multiple colors and it also has other features such as:

Text Types:

• Underline
• Italic
• Bold
• Obfuscated
• Strike

Color Types:

• Dark Red
• Red
• Gold (Orange)
• Yellow
  
• Green
• Blue
• Purple
• White

Other options:

• Reset (This resets Color and Type of chat writing that was enabled)

Items in the GUI:

IMPORTANT: To Configure the following you can change the material of the item to anything that works in Minecraft Version 1.8.9. Anything above that version will most likely give an error so please only use items that are available in the 1.8.9 version.

Default:

• 'Red Item: ': RED_ROSE
  (Example: Change RED_ROSE to
  NETHER_WARTS to change its material to nether warts.)
  
• 'Gold Item: ': GOLD_INGOT
• 'Yellow Item: ': YELLOW_FLOWER
• 'Green Item: ': CACTUS
• 'Blue Item: ': LAPIS_BLOCK
• 'Purple Item: ': OBSIDIAN
• 'Dark Red Item: ': REDSTONE
• 'White Item: ': WOOL
• 'RESET Item: ': BARRIER
• 'Bold Item: ': BLAZE_ROD
• 'Italic Item: ': STICK
• 'UnderLined Item: ': STRING
• 'Strike Item: ': SHEARS
• 'Obfuscated Item: ': PAPER

• /ChatColor - this command opens the GUI.
• /Color - this is the shortcut for /ChatColor.
• /ChatColor <PlayerName> - This is an Admin tool that lets the admin change the color and type of texts for other people on the server.

• chatcolor.colorgui - permissions to execute the command /chatcolor
  (Must have access to this to access the command unless the player is OP or has chatcolor.*)
  
  
• chatcolor.color.red - permissions to color red.
  
• chatcolor.color.dark_red - permissions to color dark red.
• chatcolor.color.gold - permissions to color gold.
  
• chatcolor.color.yellow - permissions to color yellow.
  
• chatcolor.color.green - permissions to color green.
  
• chatcolor.color.blue - permissions to color blue.
  
• chatcolor.color.purple - permissions to color purple.
  
• chatcolor.color.white - permissions to color white.
• chatcolor.color.allcolors - permissions to all colors.
  
  
• chatcolor.colorgui.bold - permissions to bold.
• chatcolor.colorgui.italic - permissions to italic.
• chatcolor.colorgui.underlined - permissions to underlined.

• chatcolor.colorgui.obfuscated - permissions to obfuscated.
• chatcolor.colorgui.alltypes - permissions to all types.
