Simple message/title/actionbar sender. Supports PlaceholderAPI!Description
This is a simple plugin to send message/title/actionbar to player or all online players which supports PlaceholderAPI!
You can also use the announcement function. (You can disable it as you like.)

/MessageSender help View help
/MessageSender message <player/ @a> send message to player or all online players.
/MessageSender title <player/ @a> <title> <subtitle> send title message to player or all online players.
/MessageSender actionbar <player/ @a> send message to player or all online players.
/MessageSender reload Reload Configuration.
** Change <player> to @a. The message will send to all online players
** use %s instead of space
Permissions
messagesender.use To use the command. Default: op
Usages
1. Install MessageSender and PlaceholderAPI (optional) to the server
2. Start the server
3. Use it.
If you dont want to send the announcements. Go to announcements.yml and set enable = true to enable = false
