[Minecraft] New Lifesteal Enchantment! (Works with all other plugins) -----

aAdds a New Enchantment that heals the player when you deal ANY damage!

Overview:
This is a very easy plugin that heals players when they deal damage. It works AMAZING with Sweeping Edge and Sharpness. There are three levels to this enchantment, in which the enchantment multiplies healing.
In the configs, there's an ability to make it so it doesn't work if Mending is also applied to the tool. This is enabled by default, and you have to turn it off for this Enchantment to work with Mending.

Dependencies:
None! This plugin is independent and shouldn't effect any others.

Installation:
Just drag and drop the jar file

Attacks by Bless 1, 2, and 3 respectively

Usage:
When this plugin is installed, you either need OP or permission:
"enchants.bless"

Commands:
/bless 1 25% damage delt is restored
/bless 2 50% damage delt is restored
/bless 3 100% damage delt is restored

Conclusion:
This plugin adds a very fun and useful enchantment that makes PvP more dynamic and eases the tension of harder mobs. Although it seems overpowered at first, when used in most settings it is applied more tactically. Overall, it makes a very fun addition to any survival server and can be used to make very creative minigames.
