This is just a Simple Fly Plugin
Ussage:
" /fly" to activate fly for yourself
permission: " simplefly.fly.self "
" /fly <PlayerName>" to activate fly for another player
permission: " simplefly.fly.other"
" simplefly.*" gives you both of the permissions
You can also use the " fly <PlayerName> " command in the console
