A lightweight plugin for staffers to chat.
FEATURES:
☄️ - Adds a staff chat that only players with permissions can see.
☄️ - Adds a features too see when other staff joins.
☄️ - Completely customizable with multi-version support!
COMMANDS & PERMISSIONS:
☄️ - /staffchat [message] | send message to other staffers.
☄️ - /sc [message] | is an aliases.
☄️ - staffchat.chat | allow player to see staff chat.
☄️ - staffchat.notify | allow player to see when staff join.
