This plugin makes crafting light source blocks easy, user friendly, and relatively easy to obtain!
For one light source block, you need 4 glowstone dust, and a crafting table!
To get rid of the light block, simply place a block over it. To change the light level, right click with the light source in your hand to lower and raise it!
