This plugin is useful for Cannon Testing Servers (1.8) and has useful commands and tools.

Added some permissions

Includes:

- MagicSand & Commands such as /ms, /ms clear, /ms refill

- Xray /xray to toggle on or off (turns most blocks into glass except redstone-type blocks

- Fire/Lever /fire & /lever command to remotely toggle / press

- Bone /bone which allows you to remove sand/gravel stacks from close or afar

- TickCounter /tc Gives player a tick counter

- TntFill & TntClear /tntfill fills nearby dispensers (maximum & auto radius can be edited in config) & /tntclear clears nearby dispensers of tnt
