Reworked the config for vouchers.
You can now toggle if players can redeem vouchers per off-hand in config.yml
Use your own placeholders now per PlaceholderAPI
Changed the placeholders in inventory.yml from

Removed all premade vouchers and added only one new example. the example changed with the version of the server.
