- Added new make command permitting staff and server to make money for players of the server. Useful for shops or kits or whatever.
- Added new server command functionality. All prior commands may only be typed by players, however this new make-for-others command can be typed by server.
- config.yml will automatically be backed up and updated. New information has been added to teach server owners how to reconfig to allow bills to display "Server" in their lore if the server makes them, rather than be empty.
- messages.yml will need to be manually backed up, deleted, and regenerated with new message for the new command.
