Warning: messages.yml will NOT auto backup/reset. You must do this yourself. If you do not do this, the plugin will not work. If you come to my discord saying why doesn't the plugin work and it's because of this, I will point you to this message and laugh at you.

- Added split and combine functionality. I have heard your cries, probably literally. I can imagine you fiends foaming at the MOUTH for this. Well here you go. Very very important note about split functionality: RECOGNIZE THIS IS LITERALLY A PAPER DUPE BY DEFINITION. To enable split functionality you must enable it in the config.yml and give players a special permission. Don't say I didn't warn you.
- Paper splitting is done via "/pmoney split (amount) (amount) (amount)..." where you can type any number of amounts and assuming the money in your hand is worth enough, it will be broken down into those amounts.
- Paper combining is done by putting papermoney in your offhand. Then hold papermoney in your main hand. Push "F" to move it to your offhand. This "combines" the bills into your offhand. Feel free to scroll through as many bills as you want to combine spamming F. Then when you're done, just take the combined bill out of your offhand.
- Added support for custom decimal places. Now you can choose whole bill values only, or perhaps to the tenths place, or hundredths (like irl money). Whatever.
