English:
- Single window per campfire/player (duration = regen_cooldown_minutes).
- Shows mm:ss counter while active.
- Upon expiration: marks consumed (-1L) and does not take effect again.
- Particles, sound, and "feed" only while the window is active.
- When placing or breaking a campfire, the state is cleared to allow a new window.
- Ventana única por fogata/jugador (duración = regen_cooldown_minutes).
- Muestra contador mm:ss mientras está activa.
- Al expirar: marca consumido (-1L) y no vuelve a dar efecto.
- Partículas, sonido y “feed” solo mientras la ventana está activa.
- Al colocar o romper una fogata, se limpia el estado para permitir una nueva ventana.
