v1.5 - Additional Feature
New features:
  • Can now specify whether the speed boost is enabled by default when a player joins. If true, the player will spawn with the speed boost at the level in the config as well as automatically spawning with the item to disable the speed buff instead of the item to enable it. Thanks to @Rocky143 for suggesting this!
