HarvestFlow v1.14 - The Control & QoL Update! This update focuses on significant quality-of-life improvements, bug fixes, and giving server administrators more granular control over the farming experience.
✨ New Features & Improvements Advanced Crop Protection
Trample Protection: A new prevent-trampling option has been added to config.yml. When enabled, it prevents farmland from turning into dirt when players jump on it, protecting your crops from accidental destruction.
Right-Click Guard: A new prevent-right-click option now blocks right-click actions on supported crops, preventing accidental destruction or mis-clicks.
Smarter Harvesting Mechanics
Introduced the action-without-hoe config option, which activates when require-hoe is true. This gives you full control over what happens when a player tries to harvest without a hoe:
CANCEL: (Default) The action is cancelled, and the crop remains safe.
VANILLA: The crop breaks normally with vanilla drops and is not replanted by the plugin. Perfect for allowing players to clear land.
DESTROY: The crop breaks without dropping any items.
Safer Configuration Updates
The config update system has been completely overhauled. Instead of adding new lines without comments, the plugin will now back up your existing file to config.old.yml and generate a fresh, fully commented config.yml. This ensures you never miss new features or their explanations.
Bug Fixes
Corrected Fortune Enchantment: The calculation for the Fortune enchantment has been adjusted to align more closely with vanilla Minecraft's behavior. This provides a more balanced and predictable increase in crop yields.
Fixed Disappearing Items: A bug that caused harvested items to disappear when a player's inventory was full has been fixed. Excess items will now be safely dropped on the ground next to the player.
