UPDATE CHANGELOG
• Added new announces.yml, now you can add/change/delete announces in announces.yml
• All commands will now be used over a single command, /sdtversions command deleted.
• Added %prefix% variable to all commands. (Beta, I can't test some messages)
• The menu error has been fixed, and the menu will no longer open when you disable the menu.
• Fixed PlaceholderAPI bug, now if you make announces in-game, placeholders will work.
