GUI-based hopper filters: white- or blacklist items for individual hoppers, using a custom item!

Added option "glow" to item.yml, enabled by default. Set this to "false" to disable the glow effect on the magic hopper item.

When updating, and you wanna disable glow, just add the "glow" part to the "item" section in your "items.yml" like this:
