- Added clearance system to allow boss door to open only if certain percentage of rooms have been cleared
- Added an option to remove old dungeons

- Items are now read in real time
- Chest/Boss/Mob items list has been randomized to prevent some items from never appearing if list is big
- "Go" message has been added to language file
- Added option to run commands at the end of the dungeon
