3.0.3 - Default Flags + Allow Item Pickup Flag
- Added - Ability to edit the default flags each claim will have via "DefaultFlags" in the config
- New Flag - Allow_Item_Pickup will now let strangers pickup items in ones claims, items can no longer be dropped in a claim if false
- Fixed - Leaving a claim via the `/claim info` menu will no longer cause an error
