qtag.reload - The right to /qtag reload
qtag.bypass - Bypasses the restriction if the player has disabled theupdate perms tags:

qtag.tag - Right to player
tags qtag.player - /qtag on | off
qtag.reload - Right to /qtag reload
qtag.bypass - Bypasses the restriction if the player has disabled tags
