12.3 | Feature | Added More Granularity for Menu Control
Added two new config parameters:
use_text_confirmation_on_buy_amount
open_confirm_menu_on_buy_amount

Plugin will use text/GUI confirmation as follows:
If player is using /lottery buy <amount>, will decide based on use_text_confirmation_on_buy _amount
open_confirm_menu_on_buy _amount]
You can only set either one to true for a consistent behavior
