This version contains hotfixes for v1.9.9 and does not add new features.
This is the last v1.9.x version before v1.10, which will be a big update.

- enabled worlds not working correctly ( b9e7b70)
- same players` name format in tablist for all players ( b9e7b70)
- exception while deleting old data using JSON connector ( e7515f2)
- /vanish enabled even with vanish.enabled set to false ( ca186b8)
- commands.ignore.cannot-ignore.self message never sent ( ca186b8)
