* Overhauled how effects are stored, they are now much neater and easier to read
* Majorly optimized most features
* Altered the effect creation message to show the selected particle in lowercase letters for clarity
* Changed "/be info" to show all statistics AND modifications of an effect in a clear format
* Changed tab completion for "/be create" to show all available particles for use
* Changed tab completion for "/be remove", "/be modify", and "/be info" to show all available effect names
* Changed tab completion for "/be modify" to show values for modifications for clarity
* Lots of other miscellaneous changes

As this update changes database handling and messages, it is required to reset your "config.yml" and "database.yml" file. If you'd like to keep your current effects, please use v1.4.1 though migration to v2.0 is highly recommended.
