Added smelting-recipes section in config.yml
Server owners can now customize which items get smelted and their outputs
Default recipes:
RAW_IRON → IRON_INGOT,
RAW_GOLD → GOLD_INGOT,
RAW_COPPER → COPPER_INGOT,
COBBLESTONE → STONE
New CUSTOM recipes:
COBBLESTONE → EMERALD_BLOCK
