Create new gradient color text base on Minecraft colorSmall fix and update
- Support server version up to

- Now player can create gradient text without font-style by command:
- Add permission for [RENAME] button: gradient.rename
- Now player can create gradient text without font-style by command:
/gradient [color1] [color2] [text...]
- Support
hex color , now you can add hex color instead of boring
Bukkit color
Example:
/gradient #CA41F5 #00FF73 Color Gradient
You can also mix between Bukkit and Hex color:
/gradient #CA41F5 &a Color Gradient
/gradient &5 #00FF73 Color Gradient

action buttons will display based on its permission, if they don't have permission for that button mean it will not appear for player to interact
