This release includes:
- Fix: Tempban/Tempmute with invalid duration no longer possible
- Fix: Pagination logic in HistoryGUI and ReportlistGUI fixed
- Tweak: Providing an empty language string prevents the plugin from sending the message

Example:
will prevent the plugin from sending the "Usage" Message for /ban. No message at all will be sent.
Warning: Do not delete the message key, as that will result in a "Message not found"-message when triggered.
