Unfortunately I am not planning on supporting anything older than 1.16.5, there is just no incentive for me right now and it would mean an absurd amount of work and bugs.

Maybe if there is a high demand for it I might reconsider in the future.

Yes, as of now the premium version will be updated first, then after a day or two the free version will follow.
