Added:
- emotes (example: if player say : ) (without space) plugin will replace this into ☺), fully configurable
- staffchat (if staff has the "titanguard.staff" permission, when executing the /helpop command the message will be sent as StaffChat, you can also write on StaffChat by putting a comma in front of your message)


I recommend to generate new config.yml file if you use old version.
