Copy/Paste steps! You can now easily copy and paste steps (multi world supported/multi animotion supported)

Added features & fixed bugs:
- Now supports PlaceHolderAPI (plugin built-in). To use them, use:
animotion_is_playing returns "true" if player is playing animotion, otherwise "false"
animotion_name returns the player's playing animotion name or "" if they're not playing.
- New command: /am play <Animotion Name> $region:<WorldGuard Region> to play an animotion to all players in a specific region
Permission: animotion.play.all
- Players can now stop a specific playing animotion by sneaking with permission: animotion.cancel.<Animotion Name>
- Players can no longer execute command while animotion is playing, but they can bypass this with permission: animotion.bypass.command
- config.yml now added a message when a player tries to execute command playing animotion and does not have permission (auto-update itself)
- Copy/Paste feature (only in full version)
