This update implements Update checker
You can turn it on/off in config.yml by
setting Update-checker: to value [true/false]
Note: The Update checker checks automatically for the Core updates and also for any of the module updates (if any module is installed). Turning it off means that it will stop checking updates for the Core but also for the modules.
